It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are upstairs with en-suite bathrooms. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and another upstairs.

In Saint-Ismier, between Grenoble and the mountains, this 160 m² family home opens its doors to you. A lively, bright place, rooted in the countryside, with mountains as a backdrop and the murmur of horses in the surrounding meadows. Ideal for large families (8 people)

The garden is vast, simple, open to the sky and mountains. In summer, the large swimming pool awaits you — clear, cool, peaceful. Meals are taken outside, feet in the grass or on the stone terrace. As evening falls, the sun sets slowly behind the Chartreuse mountain range.

You enter through the kitchen, warm and fully equipped — hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher.
​​Then you discover the double living room, spacious and bright, with a large sofa to relax on, a small television, and in the centre, a fireplace that warms winter evenings. The room naturally extends towards the dining room, open to the outside. From the sofa, the view is clear over the Belledonne mountain range and its snow-capped peaks.

Upstairs, three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, each facing the meadows where a few horses graze, and with this majestic view of Belledonne on the South side.
The first bedroom features a King size bed 180x200cm and a bathroom with a shower and a sink. It is a through room with a view of Belledonne to the South and the Chartreuse to the North;

The second shares the same south-facing view and has a King size bed 180x200cm and a bathroom with a shower and a sink.

The master suite, more spacious (25m2), offers a King size bed of 180x200cm, a double basin, a bathtub, and that feeling of being at home, far from the hustle and bustle.

On the ground floor, you will have a children's bedroom with two single beds of 90x200cm, and a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is a submerged alarm but no fence around the pool. Young children must always remain under the supervision of their parents. We count on your responsibility.
Presence of an outdoor camera above the garage door which only looks onto the terrace, the entrance path and part of the pool.
